Summer Adventures with Lindsey Tucker Designs!

Wow! What a vibrant summer it's been! From the whirl of politics and the excitement of the Olympics to my first-ever cruise and a symphony of concerts, I’ve somehow found time to dive into my painting. My adventures have whisked me across Europe, Hollywood, and the enchanting streets of Montreal. Every place, every performance has left me brimming with inspiration!

In Hollywood and Berkeley, I was captivated by Noah Kahan's soulful and introspective music. His songs resonate deeply, and I can't wait to experience his magic again in London. I'm calling this my Summer of Noah! And seeing Taylor Swift in Munich was absolutely electrifying! Exchanging friendship bracelets with passengers on the plane, will be a lifelong memory. Taylor is a force of nature! Both artists have ignited a creative spark within me, highlighting the powerful bond between art and inspiration.

May was a milestone as I embarked on my first cruise with about 50 friends from San Francisco. It was an extraordinary experience, a journey of a lifetime. We wandered through the ancient splendor of Athens and the picturesque Greek Isles & Turkey. In Athens I had the best watermelon Gelato, it was life changing! Mykonos was a burst of vibrancy and color, but it was Nafplio that stole my heart. Its lush, gorgeous landscapes and small-town, seaside charm made every moment magical. We leisurely strolled the streets, ate delicious food, and indulged in some delightful shopping (my love language). Sharing these adventures with my favorite people made it truly unforgettable. And guess what? I discovered a newfound love for cruises! Two friends even tied the knot on the ship, adding to the magic. The food was divine, and the tomatoes in Greece? Simply the best. This incredible journey set the tone for a summer overflowing with inspiration!

While visiting family on Camano Island, I had a haircut at Camano Cuts and was thrilled when they invited me to display my art. It's a charming salon with a talented stylist named Sunny, who I highly recommend. It’s moments like these that remind me how art can touch lives in the most unexpected places.

I travel for work and get to see the world with my amazing flying partners. They love my art and greeting cards and always support me in my creative endeavors. Their encouragement means the world to me.

As this summer flies by, I look forward to seeing you in the Castro on Saturday August 10th. I'll be showcasing my cards in front of the Castro Country Club at 4058 18th St. Come by and check out my new art and cards!
